raja Terms & Conditions — Rules and Conditions of Use

To open an account on the raja platform, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is not allowed. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. raja may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

All games and services provided on the raja platform are for entertainment purposes only. Hacking any part of the platform, using unauthorized software, or manipulating the system in any way is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent behavior toward other users or any form of cheating will result in permanent account closure. Platform content, logos, designs, or any intellectual property may not be used without permission. raja reserves the right to modify the terms of service at any time, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

All financial transactions on the raja platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through secure payment gateways. Deposited funds must come from your own account only; third-party payments are not accepted. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. raja reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected. raja securely stores records of all transactions and is obligated to provide information to regulatory authorities when required.

Raja is not directly liable for any financial losses arising from use of the raja platform. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical errors, server outages, or third-party issues, and raja is not obligated to provide compensation in such cases. Users acknowledge that they will play games consciously and responsibly. It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing the platform. Any violation of laws through the use of raja's services places full liability on the user.

Raja may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated. If evidence of fraud, cheating, or illegal activity is found, all balances in the account may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time, in which case any valid balance will be returned. Applicable provisions of these Terms & Conditions will remain in effect even after account closure. If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy, raja will honor it and lock the account for the specified period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between raja and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. Failure by raja to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
